What are macros? “Macros” is short for macronutrients – protein, fats, and carbohydrates.
Macronutrients are the three main nutrients of what makes up our food.
If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight … it’s science. That being said, if you want to maximize fat loss, build muscle, and tone up, you shouldn’t blindly decrease your calorie intake.
